Operational Skills
OBJECTIVE(S): Enhance your operational competencies for success in pharma patient services and market access such as strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
OUTCOME(S): Develop essential operational skills through hands-on practice in cutting edge resources that you can manipulate, in person, with direct support from Stratis to customize for your organization. Included in the Seminar are staffing, budget & forecast models (excel), tactical and strategic planning tools (excel & PPT), and knowledge capture playbooks (PPT).
Growth and Network Building
OBJECTIVE(S): Create a small, supportive environment that encourages networking, mentorship, and professional development among women at different career stages within the pharmaceutical industry.
OUTCOME(S): You will build a robust professional network, receive tailored development support specific to individual personality traits, have opportunities to build on key communication skills, and establish relationships that promote long-term career growth and leadership development. Alums of the program will be invited to engage with the Seminar and participants in the future.
Seminar Logistics: Where, What & When
- The seminar entails three phases with the in-person gathering in Orlando at the heart of it.
- There are activities and touchpoints included in this seminar that will happen BEFORE and AFTER the in person gathering that are integral to the outcomes outlined above.
- The Seminar will take place at the Disney Boardwalk Inn Conference Center at 2100 Epcot Resorts Blvd Kissimmee, FL 34747. A room block has been reserved at the Boardwalk Inn for Seminar attendees, the link to book a room is below registration.
