Stratis integrates a variety of geographically specific ‘targeting’ analogue-based datasets to produce customer-level and store-level launch stocking plans designed to combat the drawbacks of a ‘bottle-on-every-shelf’ stocking plan with highly tailored recommendations for customers. The resulting plans can be tied to the forecast to stay true to expected demand. The model accounts for a variety of factors including the geographically disparate distribution of target physicians, patients, payer access, copay sensitivity, and field force alignment, while also controlling for analog product movement at the pharmacy-level.
